From Płock we follow towards Radziw (see red route) and on the first PKS stop we turn left towards the church. This is the temple of St.Benedict, consecrated in 1902. When leaving the district of Radziw we continue along the ice-marginal valley of the Vistula River, further towards Ciechomice and reach the first post-manor buildings from the first half of the 19th century. Further there is a modern parish church built in 1982. From Ciechomice we drive south towards the village of Grabina, towards the eastern bank of the Górskie Lake and to the Ciechomickie Lake. From the Ciechomickie Lake we head south to the crossing of Zaździerz - Wincentów - Koszelówka. In Zdwórz the black route crosses the asphalt road Łąck - Gąbin and we go for 8 km through the forests to Gąbin. On our way there is a magnificent high forest stand with spruces, larches, birches and oaks. We are approaching the end of our walk, we walk near the Koszelew village and in it there is a manor complex from the first half of the 19th century with a historical park where a hornbeam grows, with a circumference of 440 cm at The end of our walk is at the PKS station in Gąbin.
The route is partially suitable for tourism cycling.
