- Provides information about cultural and natural highlights of Płock and the region,
- Gathers information about the possibilities of leisure and of spending free time in the city and the region of Płock.
- Provides information about cultural, sports and tourist events taking place in Płock.
- Provides complex information based on the database of hotels, restaurants, tourist attractions, monuments, cultural, sports and tourist events across Poland.
- Provides information to tourists, going for holidays with their own means of transport: (prices of fuels, border crossings duty- foreign exchange regulations, paid sections of the motorway, camp sites, tent field across Europe).
- Sells guides, informational brochures, city plans, maps of Płock and the region.
- Makes available on site the tourist publications from its own collections
- Conducts travel counseling
- Conducts sale of tickets for concerts, festivals, cultural events in Poland, in cooperation with TICKETPRO
- It provides free leaflets about Płock and the region concerning:

- hotel- recreation and agrotourism database- gastronomic base- travel agencies- monuments and tourist attractions- tourist routes of Płock and the region.
